…but how do you start such a challenging project the right way?! Well, I don’t know and that’s exactly why I try to ignor my little perfectionism (note: it’s not really little more like a very loud annoying shadow that is following me around) which is whispering fonts, themes, editorial calendar and so on… But I think most important is to just start! And that’s what I do now! As a foodie with a big passion for a healthy and active lifestyle I want to create a special place for things about fitness, food and happiness here. Even though I am a licensed fitness-trainer with a B.Sc. in economics and nutrition I’ve troubled a lot over the last years. It was (or maybe still is) a long journey for me to really get to know what works best for me and my body. The truth is, it can be very difficult to stay on track and it still happens to me that I loose my focus. But enjoying food in a healthy way and squeezing in some workouts for good shape is so important to be balancend in life! …at least for me and that’s why I want to share it with you!
